We have three service packages that we customize based on the individual needs of each client. Our service fees are charged per month based on services rendered instead of per hour so that you, our client, can budget your expenses better. Startup/Entrepreneurship Service

With this level of service, you scan & email your source documents for secure online storage and recordkeeping in your personal client portal. Based on those records, we prepare your financial statements and review them with you during our quarterly conference call.

Data Review & Financial Statement Generation

You input all the checks written, deposits made, reconcile the bank accounts and upload your file monthly (or quarterly) to your secure client portal for our review. We review your general ledger, prepare and review your financial statments with you via our monthly (or quarterly) conference call.

Assisted Accounting

You handle some inputting of source information, such as preparing invoices & inputting deposits (accounts receivable) or inputting bills and writing checks then you upload your file monthly to your secure client portal. We perform all input areas that you do not, we reconcile your bank account(s), review your general ledger, prepare and review your financial statements with you monthly (or quarterly) via conference call.

Full Service Accounting

You fax or scan & upload your source documents (examples: invoices received from vendors, bank statements, deposit slips, etc) then we do everything else: we input all your source information, reconcile your bank account(s), review your general ledger, prepare & review your financial statements with you monthly (or quarterly) via conference call.
