How many years of experience do your accountants have and in what industries?

Our CEO/Principal, Joyce M. Washington is currently in her 14th year of practicing accounting. although she has worked primarily with real estate related industries such as porperoty management, construction/home improvement, developement, asset management and mortgage servicing, she has also worked with companies in others including, non-profit organizations, careet-training/adult education, and entertainment.

 

What is the average response time?

You should receive a return call and/or email within 24 - 48 business hours (excluding holidays & office closures).

 

Are you a full-time, full-service accounting firm?

Yes. We provide services from mailing your invoices to your clients all the way to financial statment generation and tax return prepartion. However, because we are not a certified public accounting (CPA) firm, we do not provide attestation services (such as audits or reviews) but we would be happy to provide you with a referral.
